She sailed from Virginia to Antigua in November 2019 and was laid up ashore since June 2020, then launched and recommissioned in March 2023. All systems/electronics are commissioned and functional. VESSEL WALKTHROUGH: (2 cabin / 2 head)The interior is all beautifully varnished teak with teak and holly sole. Forward is a stateroom with (dimensions of 74x 77x 25) including an ensuite head to port and small settee and large cedar lined hanging locker to starboard. The V berth has a large locker over the foot, book shelves on both sides, and lots of storage under. Aft of the forward berth is the main salon has a long settee to starboard and U shaped dining to port. Ultrasuede upholstery with foam replaced in 2017, in the salon and aft cabin with slip covers were replaced in 2007. Main salon can convert into (2) berths (dimensions: 37 x 74and 17x 72) with the following storage: (6) outboard lockers, (2) large opening bins, (6) drawers and hanging locker. The L shaped galley is aft of the salon to port. The double stainless steel sinks are at a 45 degree angle for easier access. There are work surfaces outboard of the stainless steel sinks and the stove is outboard. Aft is additional work surface is above the top opening fridge. There are several cupboards above and below in the galley along with drawers beside the double stainless steel sinks to accommodate all equipment. The forward facing navigation station is to starboard and includes a chart table, navigation and communication instruments outboard along with the breaker panel. The companionway is in between the head and the navigation station. To starboard is the large aft head with separate shower stall. Currently this has been converted to a work area with another electric refrigerator, The aft cabin (dimensions 54 x 79) includes a hanging locker and two drawers and ensuite head.
