Ticketing - Lux Film Festival (2024)

* Except special events by invitation and screenings outside of cinemas

Some screenings are free, but it is nonetheless required to book a ticket.

Free tickets can be withdrawn for the following movies and events:

• CRÈME FRAÎCHE
• 3’52’’ MAX
• 48th Lost Week-end
• LUXEMBOURG MUSIC VIDEO NIGHT
• Séance Ciné Onu
• Masterclasses

Please note that for some screenings, you will have to refer to other ticket offices. This concerns all of the screenings outside of Kinepolis Kirchberg, Ciné Utopia and Cinémathèque. Ticket reservations are then made only at the ticket office of the venue hosting the screening.

From 07/02/2024 to 10/03/2024 (included) :

• Online (Internet) : www.luxfilmfest.lu (possibility to print and download on a smartphone) : “Ticketing” section or by using the “Programme 2024″ section and by choosing a film. Each film page redirects to the box office by clicking on the icon “Buy a ticket” to choose the screening).
• Directly at the cash desk of Kinepolis Kirchberg only

From 29/02/2024 to 10/03/2024 (included) :

• Online (Internet) : www.luxfilmfest.lu (possibility to print and download on a smartphone)
• From 29/02/2024, at the box offices of the Festival’s partners cinemas (Kinepolis Kirchberg, Ciné Utopia and Cinémathèque).

>The cash desk is open only one hour before each screening.

• Please note that it is not possible to book tickets without proceeding to payment..

Tickets are valid until the exact time of the screening, after which your seat will be reassigned.

• Tickets can be refunded or exchanged only in Kinepolis Kirchberg and Ciné Utopia before the screening.

Only for:

• Under 18-year-olds
• Students upon presentation of their student card
• Students upon presentation of their student card

A special 5€ discount ticket, is applied for Professionals with an accreditation.

• 7€ for adults
• 5€ for under 18

Instructions of use

The pass is not nominative.

• The Festival PASS grants the owner the possibility to withdraw 10 tickets for free (excluding special events upon invitation only, free screenings and screenings outside the cinemas) organised by the Luxembourg City Film Festival, taking place from 29 february to 10 march 2024, (except for screenings by invitation, which are free of charge, except in cinemas and where otherwise indicated), subject to availability and presentation of the PASS.
• It’s possible to book several tickets per screening.
• The PASS cannot be refunded and exchanged and is only valid for films screened at the Luxembourg City Film Festival from 29 february to 10 march 2024,
• Tickets are valid until the exact time of the screening, after which your seat will be reassigned.
• The Festival reserves the right to cancel the PASS and block the customer account in case of abuse (e.g. withdrawal of tickets without actual presence at the screenings).
• If you cannot make it to a screening that you have a ticket for, please inform us at tickets@luxfilmfest.lu so as to allow us to release it for sale.

Purchase and withdrawal of the Festival PASS via www.luxfilmfest.lu,: “Ticketing” section.

Please note that the PASS Festival will be presented in the form of a barcode. When you book a ticket, this code must be indicated at the beginning of the order.
